  • Anticipated attendant numbers will be over 500.
  • Upon arriving at the Convention, please sign in at the registration desk. 
  • TABLES will be assigned.

• Wednesday  7:00 am to 7:30 am
• Wednesday/Thursday 9:30 am -12:00 pm
• The Breakfast & Breaks will also be in foyer area

BREAK DOWN (options)
• Wednesday  BREAK DOWN 3:00 pm-8:00pm
• Thursday  BREAK DOWN 3:00 pm-8:00pm
• Friday : BREAK DOWN 9:30am -12:00 PM and 2:15 PM to 5:00pm

ELECTRIC -no guarantee on Electric or WIFI. Be prepared to bring an extension cord/ hotspot.

 HOTEL "The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor's activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Hotel, its agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims."

• Parking: self-parking $27 per day. LPCA discount only $20 per day.

• The Conference Resort is equipped with onsite meeting rooms, open break area with exhibition space.
• This environment encourages dialog between attendees and exhibitors, with breaks (and food) and CEs for visiting and talking with our invited Exhibitors.

EXHIBIT SPACE:
Option 1: Consist of one table with a tablecloth, skirt and two chairs.
Option 2: Includes one full convention registration for one person and one table with a tablecloth, skirt and two chairs. Only one convention registration per Exhibitor table may be purchased.

Electricity: Please bring your own extension cord. We can not guarantee electricity, but will make every effort to assist you.

Once the Exhibitors form is signed, the Exhibitors will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LPCA of Ga, its employees and volunteers from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.   

SPECIAL OPPERTUNITES:
“Brown Bag” Pop-ups have been so popular, LPCA is bringing them back

There are several opportunities to participate in the event, if you wish to provide a “brown bag” lunch event, let us know. These a fun pop-up events at the convention providing an opportunity to educate and network with a small interested attendee group.
