When There is No Clear Right vs Wrong: How Clinical Supervisors Can Help Their Supervisees Make Ethical Decisions
Presented by Michele Frey, PhD, NCC, LPC, CPCS, ACS
This workshop will focus on educating participants on Kidder’s model for making sound ethical decisions when there is no clear right or wrong.  This will be an interactive presentation that will provide participants with a structure for helping their supervisees develop an ethical decision-making model and to effectively apply the concepts in the model when ethical issues are not clear or have complex components.  The facilitator will provide ethical standards and the model to assist participants working in dyads and triads to resolve one or more ethical vignettes for which one might argue resolution from several different perspectives.
