Beyond Self-Care: Stress Management

Presenter:  Jennifer Yaeger, LPC, CPCS Jennifer Yaeger is an LPC and CPCS who has worked in all levels of care providing inpatient, intensive outpatient, outpatient, and teletherapy in a variety of settings including: hospitals, community mental health centers, and private practices. She has developed programs to treat depression, anxiety, trauma resolution, relational conflicts and difficulties, and substance abuse. She has presented workshops on a variety of topics for other professionals. She currently has an online program, “Getting Your Needs Met,” as well as a workbook, 21 Day Expressive Art Therapy Journal for Emotional Expression available for purchase. Additionally, she currently owns Sea Glass Therapy, a practice in Newnan, GA that offers counseling, psychiatric services, yoga for mental health, massage therapy, self-care retail items, and various workshops.
