Diagnosis Training Program: See Below for the Site, Building, Room Information.  FALL September to December.   In order to meet the LAW requirements, you must attend a 45 hour Training Program. Deadline to complete a 45 hour Training Program is December 31, 2017.   (The Modules- registration 8:30am - 9:00am.  Workshop starts at 9:00 am and ends approx 4:00 pm with working lunch).  If you arrive late or leave early, no CEs will be issued.

The refund will be less the credit card processing fees of $35 that are charged to LPCA. Start time of the  Differential Diagnosis  Program:  9:00 AM

1) Start time for the Modules will be 9:00 AM sharp. Registration and sign in will begin at 8:30 AM. Please leave extra time for parking and sign in.
